Shipping

Within the Netherlands shipping takes on average between 5-7 business days. Within the EU it takes between 5-8 business days days. Internationally, the time for your package to arrive is between 7-14 business days depending on where you are located.

Furthermore, when your order is out for delivery a separate e-mail will be send with a track and trace link.

EU: The specified time is an estimate based on our previous experiences. It could take one or two extra business days for your order to arrive. Furthermore, please check your track & trace e-mail. This is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation.

International: It is difficult to give an exact time as to when your order will arrive. Please check your track & trace e-mail for more accurate information. This is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation.

If your order has not yet arrived even after waiting for a reasonable amount of time AFTER the usual delivery period then please contact us. Please state your order number and items you ordered to help speed up the process.

To bring your items to you as fast as possible we have designed an intricate system of shipping alongside our partners.

Order processing:

Once you have ordered your items and we have confirmed your payment the order process will start. This may take up to two business days. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace e-mail. Please be aware that during high volume periods or new releases there may be a slight delay. Thank you for your patience.

Returns / REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted and has been received and inspected you will have the following options to choose from.

  • A voucher equal to the amount returned.
  • An item of your choosing equal in value to the returned items.
  • A monetary refund.

When contacting us please note which of these options you would like to pursue.

If the first option is picked, we will send you a voucher directly to your mail.

If the second option is chosen, please state clearly which items you would like to receive.

When opting for the third option you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Please be aware that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refunds. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@negativathletics.com

If any of the conditions below are applicable to you then unfortunately we cannot give you a full refund.

  • Your order did not arrive due to errors on your end. (E.G providing a wrong address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to factors outside of our control. (Customs, pandemics, etc)
